• I've forgotten my password. Do I have to contact the centre?

    No you can manage this yourself. On the log in screen simply enter your email address and press 'Forgotten Password'. You will receive an email prompting you to create a new password.

  • Is there a time limit to complete the registration process?

    Yes, if you are registering a new account you have 7 days to complete the registration process. If you are resetting your password you have 1 day.

  • Can I access my My Family Lounge account for more than one centre?

    Yes, as your account is based on your email address, it may be used when you change centres. This of course relies on each centre using QK Enrol and providing their families with this access.

  • Can I update my email address and password myself?

    Yes, you manage your own account by logging into My Family Lounge and pressing 'Change' for your Name, Email, Email Settings and Password.

  • Can all parents in the same room read my child's observations?

    No. Individual observations are only available to the child's personal contacts. Your child may however be included in a room observation which is a general 'story' about an experience within the room.

  • How does My Family Lounge help me?

    If your centre has activated an account for you, then they have either activated 1 or 2 of our online family based products:

    QK Enrol - You can request a change in your permanent booking and request casual days. You can also update your own details such as phone and email and add or remove emergency contacts.

    QKeYLM - You can view your child's portfolio online. This may include individual and group observations, daily routines, spontaneous activities throughout the day and photos!

  • Can I access my account on my mobile device?

    My family Lounge has a free app available for Apple and Android devices. Simply search for My Family Lounge in your app store and enter your email and password. The wonderful app allows you to book your child in for casual days at the centre, and to view your child's portfolio anywhere, anytime that suites you!

  • What do I do if I do not have internet access?

    Contact your Centre Director who can access your account and edit details on your behalf.
