QikKids is Founded
QikKids launches in Australia as a dedicated childcare management solution, responding to a sector in urgent need of modern tools. The first installation goes live at a Brisbane long day care centre.

CCS Subsidy Integration
QikKids becomes one of the first platforms to integrate with the Child Care Benefit (CCB) scheme, dramatically reducing paperwork burden for services and families. -
Rapid Growth
QikKids reached 7,000+ active services, reflecting its growing adoption and trusted role in helping childcare providers manage operations more efficiently.

QikKids Celebrates 20 Years
Celebrating two decades of innovation in early childhood education, QikKids also expanded its customer support and training efforts through a face-to-face training roadshow across QLD, SA, WA, NSW, VIC, NT, and ACT, helping services get the most from their software.

Strengthening Family Engagement
More than 400,000 families used QK Kiosk each week to sign children in and out, making daily attendance tracking simpler, faster, and more convenient for families and services.

Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Transition
The Federal Government replaces CCB/CCR with the Child Care Subsidy. QikKids leads the sector through this complex regulatory transition with real-time updates and dedicated support.

Joining the Xplor Technologies Family
Backed by Advent International, TSG, the parent company of QikKids, merged with Xplor Pay to form Xplor Technologies. The new global platform combined software and payment solutions for industries including childcare and education, fitness and wellbeing, field services, and personal services, helping businesses streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
